I thought the Lens-Artists Challenge this week would be exactly that: a real challenge. Turns out, finding zig-zags in my photos was not all that difficult.
There were zig-zags at the boathouse in Swansea Bay, Wales

and in the base of a cannon along the coast of the Irish Sea

There were charming zig-zags in The Cotswolds, and iconic zig-zags at the Eiffel Tower
The vases on the table at France’s Chenonceau Chateau were arranged in a zig-zag pattern, and there were zig-zags in the windows

but my favorite zig-zags were in the sky over the ancient pillars in Pompeii, Italy

These are lovely pictures! Thanks for sharing.

I love your photo of the boathouse in Swansea Bay, Wales as it was one of my favourite places to explore. We stopped by Mumbles to stretch our legs and were pleasantly surprised to discover a small fishing village and rugged coastline. We ended up staying for the day, spending time exploring the headland for its seemingly endless array of coastal treasures. Thanks for sharing, and have a good day 🙂 Aiva xx
