The Ragtag prompt word today is abundance. There is currently an abundance of dust on my dining room table, but it comes with an abundance of sparkle when the sunlight hits it just right, so obviously abundance is all about perspective! Abundance is most present when we are grateful. If we appreciate what we have, what we do and what we see, then we have a life of abundance. I love the quote “Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away”, by Maya Angelou. I am grateful to have an abundance of moments that do just that! Here are a few:
Moments in the presence of beauty
Moments of witnessed compassion (notice the couple in the lower left)
Moments of overwhelming love (my daughter and grandchildren)
Love the photo of the foot bridge. Wouldn’t be nearly as beautiful without the abundance of colorful fallen leaves on its surface!
